When contacting us by email, please make sure that you send us as complete information as possible including the following:

  • A description of the problem
  • The exact steps you made to have the problem happen
  • Your operating system, version of The bList (Lite or Enterprise) and version number 
  • Attach a copy of The bList log file (Install Directory\blist_log_today's date.txt)

Also, it is not possible to publish resolution times as to when issues will be fixed, however, for all High Priority issues we will do all we can to resolve the issue or release a hot fix ASAP.
