"We are very pleased with how The bList has performed for our donor identification process and are excited about its future use in our organization as we expand. It allows true identification of our donors based on fingerprint biometrics.   With positive identification, direct input to our donor label printer is made and appropriate labels for the donor are automatically generated. The identification  also prompts a picture of the donor and their donor number to appear on the computer terminal. This process ensures the most accurate matching possible and eliminates most all of the risk of human error at any point in the donor check in process as The bList has automated all of these processes into a single transaction for identification, printing, and tracking.

Event Management

"Our non-profit organization, BARC Humane Society, held its inaugural reverse draw event - the BARC Ball on October 4, 2014.  In a reverse drawing, ticket holders are drawn and eliminated throughout the event and the last ticket remaining wins.  We chose the bList for the reverse drawing and were extremely pleased with the result.  This software was very easy to use and configure to our needs.  Having the ability to add last minute guests into the draw, to set draw intervals, to pause and to restart, allowed us flexibility throughout the evening as we selected and announced door prizes as well as conducted silent auctions.  The ability to incorporate banner advertisements throughout the drawing was a huge benefit for our sponsors and it offered our organization another source of revenue through advertising sales.   The clean, uncluttered display clearly showed only necessary draw information and was simple for our guests to understand.  A trailing list of ten previous draws allowed a chance to see draws that might have been missed by a guest. A final countdown to the winner added a dramatic effect for an exciting evening.  In addition, an archived record of all draws and the times, offered us a coverage if there were any inquires after the event.  

We definitely plan to use the bList for all of our future reverse draw events and would highly recommend the bList to other organizations."

"St. John Catholic School’s primary fundraiser for the school each year is an annual Reverse Draw Raffle in which the last ticket drawn wins a cash prize.  To make it more interesting, door prizes are given to every 15th ticket drawn out, so it’s important that we can manually pause and continue the drawing at will. This year was the 17th annual reverse draw, and we utilized software by 4MG Solutions called The bList to conduct and manage the reverse draw and door prizes. It was our first year using this software and this year ended up being our largest event to date. We chose The bList not only because of its great look, but also because of the software’s built-in, easy- to-use advertising component which allows for beautiful color logos to be placed on the screen. This aspect of the software was a huge attraction for us, as we are always looking for ways to give our sponsors the recognition they deserve and The bList delivered. Our sponsors very much enjoyed and appreciated seeing their logos being displayed to a captive audience.
